Project Managers Assistant (PMA) is a software program that helps stand-alone Project Managers that need to keep control across multiple projects. Working closely with any Project Management tool, PMA sets up the project structure, tracks all Risks/Issues/Action Items/Changes/Meetings.
Produces ready to use customer reports and other project documentation such as Change Requests, Milestone Sign-off, PSR's and Project Completion reports. With the new Gadget interface, the PM can now track all projects directly from the desktop, saving valuable time and effort.
Out-of-the-box integration with any Project Management Programs
Tap into Microsoft Project, Project Managers Workbook, Visio or Excel files. Whatever your choice of Project Management software, as long as it is installed on your computer, PMA can open the files directly from within the system.
From within each project you setup, connect to the appropriate project management file on your computer and click on the "Open Project File" when you're done.
