Customer Managers Assistant (CMA) is a software program that helps anyone that need to keep control of their contacts and the various interactions with them.
With the clean easy to use windows based interface contacts can be quickly located and updated with a minimum of effort. The powerful reporting allows quick reviews of who has (and hasn’t) been visited recently and one click printing of all previous meeting, emails etc sent to a particular contact. With the new Gadget interface, you can now locate a contact directly from the desktop, saving valuable time and effort.
All in one Contacts database
CMA captures all the relevant information around a particular contact (or company) in one easy to use location. Simple one click operation takes you from company to contacts to meeting, all on the same screen with further details available at every level.
Built in calendar and email system
CMA comes with its own Calendar/Tasks and email systems, so other systems do not need to be installed.
Option to integrate with Microsoft Outlook for tasks, meetings and email
If Microsoft Outlook is available, CMA can integrate with Outlook and keep meetings and tasks in the Outlook calendar system. Any emails sent will not only be recorded within CMA as usual, but will also appear in the Outlook “Sent Items” folder.
Fast, powerful reports and search
One click reports for contact information, who has and hasn’t been seen recently. Either on a company by company basis or across all the contacts in the system.
